Warmer day for weeks

Set alarm for 6.30 so that I would have enough time to pick learners' files from Stifford in the morning; rushed Ebs, we rode on my bike to school, took a train from St James, walked from Bethnal Green to Stifford then Jago; it was much warmer day for weeks, in class discussed some relevant stories in Metro; taught working as a team, importance of body language in different cultures, interview situations etc, walked back to B Green and caught a train to St James; gave snack to Ebs who went to an athletic assessment session at pool and track; wrote and posted a covering letter accompanying AHEAD's giftaid claim forms; prepared lesson plans, teaching materials, dinner, bath, Obama, bed.

Introduction

I thought of writing notes of my biography long ago both for my own advantage and the benefit of those who might want to know about me. Procrastination has delayed it until today. However, the death of my father last year has erged me to get my act together and start writing some notes. I am deeply saddened by the loss of my dad. The is made worse by the feeling of remorse and guilt by the fact of my realisation as to how little I know about my dad. I had all the opportunities to find it out from his own mouth, write it, tape it and film it. UNFORTUNATELY, I DID VERY LITTLE OF THIS!
